Resolving Conflict

WORKSHOP:  RESOLVING CONFLICT

When tensions rise as groups or individuals face  rapidly approaching deadlines, disagree on strategies or can’t reach a decision, how can you make certain they are equipped with the skills they need to resolve inevitable conflicts?  And, once conflicts are resolved, how will you provide them with the skills needed to keep information flowing smoothly and ensure that the ‘right’ people are included in the discussions?

In this training, participants will explore their views on conflict and examine  how they feel and behave in response to conflict. They will have an opportunity to assess their preferred conflict style and receive feedback related to the constructive and destructive behaviors they engage in when faced with a conflict situation.

Additionally, participants will learn how to give constructive feedback to others and will practice conflict resolution skills in a personally constructed conflict scenario.
