Building Effective Teams

WORKSHOP:  BUILDING EFFECTIVE TEAMS

How can you ensure that the project or transition team you are about to begin will be able to achieve desired objectives effectively and in a timely fashion?

In this program, participants explore the meaning of effective teams through discussion and small group activities which may include indoor team building games.  They learn the basics of group dynamics, the stages of team development and interact with the key components of a team effectiveness model.

In addition, participants have the opportunity to practice creating mission, vision, or charter statements,  to discuss roles and responsibilities of team leaders and team members, and to learn about the technicalities of effectively running meetings, making decisions and solving problems.

Beyond just teaching about effective teams,  we are available to help you plan and successfully launch intact or project teams in your organization.
