We work with your organization to  ensure that key issues are addressed before your team gets under way.  First, we review the purpose of the team you are preparing to assemble and launch.  Then, we help you to consider staffing considerations for the team.  We will explore whether your team leader or team members will be dedicated to the work of the team or need to split their time with other projects.  The impacts of either approach will be discussed.

We will partner with you to plan your team start-up process.  Teams that understand what they are chartered to do and get to be involved in clarifying  their roles and responsibilities as well as defining procedures for resolving conflicts or solving problems tend to be able to function more effectively sooner than those teams that have no such planned start-up process.

We can simply help you plan your team start-up, we can provide training to introduce concepts related to effective teams or we can be available to facilitate the event – you decide.
